Return & Refund Eligibility:

Return and refund requests must be filed within 30 days of the delivery date.

We do not accept remorse returns (i.e., non-defective returns due to change of mind).
- We do not accept cancellations once the order is placed and is being processed for shipment.

Cases & Resolutions:
1. Delayed in Transit / No Tracking Information
If tracking info is not updated for more than 7 business days after the shipping label was created:

Option 1: Full refund within 3 business days of the refund request.

Option 2: Re-delivery within 3β5 business days, as requested.
Note: Not applicable during special periods such as holidays, COVID-19, extreme weather, or other abnormal events.

2. Damaged in Transit
If the package is damaged during transit, with valid proof:

Option 1: Full refund within 3 business days of the refund request.

Option 2: Re-delivery within 3β5 business days, as requested.

3. Returned to Sender
(Excludes cases where the shipping address provided was incorrect)
If the tracking shows the order was returned to the warehouse:

Option 1: Full refund within 3 business days after the return is delivered.

Option 2: Re-delivery within 3β5 business days after the return is delivered.

4. Marked as Delivered, But Not Received

If the delivery address differs from what was provided, and it's confirmed that the courier delivered to the wrong address:

Full refund within 3 business days / Re-delivery within 5 business days, as requested.

If the delivery address matches the order:

The supplier will provide proof of delivery. No further action unless proven otherwise.

5. Product Issues
If your order arrives with any of the following issues:
Damaged, broken, stained, minor scratches, poor quality, not as described (size/colour/style), wrong item, or missing items/accessories, and valid proof is

If a return is requested:

Full refund within 3 business days after the returned item is received.

OR Re-delivery within 3β5 business days after the returned item is received.

If a return is NOT requested (based on issue severity and valid proof):
